In order to participate in Panhellenic Primary Recruitment in the fall and receive a bid from any organization, you must be registered. By registering for Primary Recruitment, your name and information are made available to all of the Panhellenic organizations. However, just because you registered does not mean you will receive a bid for membership.

The Panhellenic Council is happy to announce the dates for 2025 Fall Primary Recruitment. Recruitment will occur over two weekends so that academic responsibilities are not interfered with. The College Panhellenic uses a fully structured recruitment, all Sets II-IVwill be held in-person.
Set I will be pre-recorded videos from the chapters and PNMs will submit PNM videos for all of the chapters to get to know them a bit better. These videos do not need to be submitted at the time of registration, the directions for PNM Set I videos can be found here. The deadline to submit PNM videos is August 15th!
PNM Orientation – Sunday, August 24th
Set I* – Open House – Monday, August 25th – Tuesday, August 26th - watch informational videos of all Panhellenic organizations.
Set II – Philanthropy – Friday, August 29th – Saturday, August 30th - visit up to 8 Panhellenic organizations between the two dates
Set III – Sisterhood - Sunday, August 31st – Monday, September 1st - visit up to 5 Panhellenic organizations between the two dates
Set IV – Preference – Saturday, September 6th - visit up to 2 Panhellenic organizations
Bid Day – Sunday, September 7th - potentially receive a bid and attend celebrations with your chapter at various locations
*Virtual Events- Set I will take place using the Desire 2 Learn (D2L) platform.
In order to register, you must pay the non-refundable recruitment registration fee of $150 by August 15th.
